Walter Dickson Jones
WD as he was known, was the father of Rhoda Black. He was born in 1878
and died in Calgary in 1963. He and his wife Rhoda (Granny Rho) are buried
in the Pine Hills Cemetery in Toronto (Section 5 Lot 385). WD was the son
of Charles Goode Jones of Montreal and a direct decendent of Montreal's
first child of British parents. The earliest Jones
have been recorded.
